China Experience

I have deep and lasting impressions of a trip to China from 11Nov to 03Dec. My first post on the trip is today because internet access was intermittent during an aggressive tour schedule. The first leg of my trip in Beijing included an unexpected way to experience the Great Wall. The tour company Great Wall Hiking dropped us off at an undeveloped access point. Three of us and guide Robert hiked for about 4km on steep and muddy trails. This view is from the first watchtower we explored. Jimmy Hendrix "All Along the Watchtower" came to mind immediately.
