Unique Time and Place

The amount of rain that California received this Winter is welcomed in a drought-prone state. The wildflower bloom varies with z and this year is a hit. #superbloom. The crowds along CA 58, the rumbling on Soda Lake Road across the Carrizo Plains to see lupines and the wide expanses of yellow on either side of CA 166 in Cuyama Valley all were special testaments to the natural superbloom phenomenon.
