NorCal Sunday

San Francisco was overcast in the morning and afternoon. I was able to stop at the Legion of Honor for an Early Rubens exhibit. As I traveled south on the trip back to San Luis Obispo, the skies cleared 100% at mid-peninsula. I had just enough time to take the backroad from Hollister to King City (CA25) which provided balance to the crowded city.

This shot of lupine has the San Andreas Fault prominently serving as the backdrop.

The Legion of Honor is a relatively uncrowded museum in my experience with the highest of quality.

The wildflowers were still at peak in San Benito County.

Just south of the Pinnacles National Park.

A stunning church in the Outer Richmond neighborhood.
