Indian Summer in Holland

The presumed last warm days of the season brought out boats on Lake Macatwaa by the score. It was a boat parade on the channel to Lake Michigan on both Saturday and Sunday. All shapes and sizes navigated carefully, including a Great Lales freighter headed to the limestone piles near the scrap metal yards near downtown Holland. The colorful sunset on Sunday crowned the Indian Summer weekend.
