Soup Dumpling Quest

After a failed attempt to hit Din Tai Fung in San Jose in mid-August, I was able to be seated quickly at the bar in the LA Century City location. High ratings on the internet are well earned. I made a second and third attempt to find the best of LA, but Din Tai Fung prevailed. The Dumpling House in Arcadia was Runner-up.
