July 4 Day Tour, 2020

Backroad travels had me criss-crossing north Santa Barbara County. Hitting the coast in that area means working around Vandenburg Air Force Base. The tour included some time with a red-tail as he worked on breakfast on the post; seaside cliffs; catching the Coast Starlight leaving Lompoc-Surf, CA station.; surprised by figurines in Guadalupe, CA on the CA 1 highway; and the See Canyon route home with a windmill at dusk with Morro Rock and Morro Stacks in the background.
