Crossing the Great Basin

Travel from Central California to Park City with an eye on the weather was an adventure that emerged as the Christmas Holiday approached. Evening stops in Tehachapi CA, Ely NV and Delta UT created a good pace. I lingered in the Great Basin and had a sidetrip down from US 6/ US 50 to catch the National Park. I chased golden eagles along the way.
